Product Description
Satisfying the Five Senses
Our goal was to create tableware that would allow guests to enjoy their meal with all five senses. We meticulously crafted each piece as if it were a work of art, paying attention to every detail from every angle: the curves of the form, the light and warmth, the texture, the distance to the food, and more.
Clémence was born for culinary professionals who strive to provide moments of pure bliss.
The Dedication to the Clemence Series
01 Shapes That Enhance the Enjoyment of Cooking
Smooth curves and a gentle form that envelops the food. We also paid close attention to the size, height, and depth of each item, keeping in mind the distance between the customer and the food, so that the food stands out even more.
Smooth curves and carefully considered proportions help enhance the presentation of each dish.
02 Proprietary Material “Premium White”
This product utilizes “Fine Porcelain (Premium White),” a material developed through Noritake’s advanced technology. It is characterized by its thinness and lightness while maintaining strength, making it easy to use.
This is a unique Noritake product that takes into consideration the environment and sustainable product supply, using naturally depleted raw materials.
*Excluding some items
Premium White combines a thin and lightweight form with the strength required for professional use.
03 Exquisite Textures — Matte & Glossy
We offer a range of finishes: a glossy finish with a clear, transparent look, a sophisticated matte white with a gentle warmth, and a matte & glossy finish that combines these two distinct shades of white.
These two different shades of white will make your dishes stand out even more beautifully.
Matte and glossy finishes create distinct expressions of white while highlighting the food they frame.
