01. Necessary notices

Ceramic products are fragile. Improper handling may result in injury or property damage. Please read the instructions carefully and use with care.

To ensure safe, long-lasting use, please note the following:

  • Please do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use (such as tableware or home decor).
  • Avoid strong impacts and sudden temperature changes, as these may cause cracking, breakage, or damage.
  • Please avoid boiling or soaking the product in high-temperature water, as this may damage or break it.
  • If the product becomes cracked, broken, or damaged, please discontinue use for safety reasons.
  • Please note that we do not offer repair services for safety reasons.
  • Take extra care to avoid injury from broken pieces or fragments.
  • When used with hot food or beverages, the tableware will also become hot, so please be careful to avoid burns.
  • This product must not be used over an open flame or on an induction cooktop.

Please note the following:

  • Avoid dry heating and rapid heating/cooling (*1), as this may cause damage. Be careful of burns after heating.
  • Products without gold or silver decoration can be used in household microwaves, but are not compatible with oven, grill, or superheated steam functions.
  • Products with gold or silver decoration are not safe for microwave use. However, tableware marked “MICROWAVE SAFE” on the underside can be used.
  • When using a microwave, please read the appliance’s instruction manual carefully and use it correctly.
  • When using the oven function, only use plates marked “OVEN SAFE” on the underside.

*1. Examples of “rapid heating and rapid cooling” include the following:

  • Immediately placing an item in water or directly onto a cold sink after heating it in a microwave or similar appliance.
  • Immediately placing an item on a cold, damp cloth or wiping it after heating it in a microwave or similar appliance.
  • Heating an item immediately after removing it from a freezer or refrigerator.

Please note the following:

  • Heating an item immediately after removing it from a freezer or refrigerator.

Please note the following:

  • For hygiene reasons, please wash tableware thoroughly before first use after purchase.
  • Please wipe away dirt as soon as possible after use. Allowing dirt to build up over time will make cleaning more difficult.
  • To preserve long-lasting beauty, we recommend hand washing. When hand washing, please use synthetic dish soap and a soft sponge.
  • Please avoid using metal scouring pads, abrasive sponges, or abrasive cleansers, as these may damage the surface of the product.
  • If using a household dishwasher, please read the appliance’s instruction manual carefully and use it correctly. Also, take care, as dishes knocking against each other inside the dishwasher may cause cracking, breakage, or surface damage.
  • Since gold and silver decorative patterns are prone to peeling and scratching, we recommend hand washing tableware with gold or silver patterns. Even for tableware without gold or silver patterns, prolonged use in a household dishwasher may cause the pattern to fade and result in minor scratches on the surface.
  • For stubborn stains such as tea stains, please use an oxygen-based kitchen cleaner. In that case, please read the usage instructions carefully and use it correctly.
  • Please be careful, as the base of the product may scratch tables or other surfaces.
  • Please take care not to stack plates directly on top of one another, as this may cause scratching.
  • Unglazed areas of the product should not be left in prolonged contact with highly acidic foods such as vinegar or pickled plum vinegar, as this may damage the base material.
  • If the product has a label attached, please remove it before use.
